  • This workshop explores effective multiplication practices in Buddhist contexts where belonging, community harmony, and spiritual encounter shape faith development. Drawing from years of ministry and contextual research in Southeast Asia, the speaker will present practical strategies for fostering disciple-making movements that emphasize belonging before believing and nurture new identities in Christ rooted in grace, compassion, and cultural respect. 

  • This workshop will focus on making disciples in a movement context in the light of the NextGen worldview. Together we will explore how multiplication practices can be strengthened based upon our knowledge, practice, and observations in Asia. Our goal is to learn how discipleship movements can grow and multiply effectively in today’s changing world.

  • The speaker will present the need to shift from a church-centered to a life-centered, work-placed ministry, mobilizing the entire church, including business owners, for mission.  The marketplace is not viewed as the primary, front-line mission field.  We need to help business owners who feel ill equipped and un-supported for effective witnessing. 

  • The speaker will describe how God led them to fruitful practices and core skills that have multiplied into a family of linked movements in Unreached People Groups in one Asian country, which replicates in others.
